Presco Environmental Infrastructure has grown enormously since its inception in 2006 when Steve Prestidge purchased a small Hawera business that had been manufacturing water troughs and tanks for the last 60 years. We are no longer just a pre-cast manufacturing plant. With our current design and installation teams, we have the capability to deliver client specific total-package solutions to all of our customers in all of our fields of expertise. Our ability to progress into advanced infrastructure projects was driven by Steve’s son, Oliver, who is a qualified builder. As the team has grown, our core value of continuous improvement has allowed our skillset to develop in line with our client needs, and in recent years the development and increasing popularity of our Prosump  effluent storage solution has lead to us becoming specialists in Farm Dairy Effluent (FDE) system design and construction.

We are a family business owned by Steve Prestidge and managed by his son Oliver. Our manufacturing plant and head office is based in Hawera, Taranaki, however we service the whole of New Zealand.

Presco Environmental Infrastructure is one of the Presco group of companies owned by Steve Prestidge and his family. Associated companies include Presco Environmental Services and Presco Hire.

Prosump

 

  • Our trained consultants will meet with you on your site to discuss your objectives and desires with you and gain a deep understanding of your current situation and where you would like to be.
  • We will then head round your site and collect all the required site measurements.
  • Our team will collaborate with professional engineers and regulatory authorities to design a solution that will meet all of your specific needs.
  • At this stage, depending on the project, we will provide you with a budget estimate to give you an idea of the final overall cost of the project and any initial sketches.
  • We will use any feedback from this to review the design and concept sketches if necessary before presenting you with a full Monty project proposal, including full project drawings and approvals from registered engineers and suitably qualified persons.
  • On quote approval, the contract and final full drawings will be signed off before we commence building your infrastructure.
  • Our experienced team will manage the entire project from go to whoa including coordinating and managing any sub-trades, full site management and arrangement of any relevant inspections and regulatory approvals so you can concentrate on everything else important you need to concentrate on.
  • Our installation teams are fully trained and will minimise any potential disruption to the rest of your operations.
  • Throughout the construction, our project managers will keep you up to date with progress on your project and keep you in the loop with any questions/ decisions that will affect you.
  • Before handing over your new infrastructure solution, we will commission, test and inspect the system and walk you through it all before getting your approval and sign-off on the project. All our projects are backed by our CEO’s personal guarantee: “I personally guarantee the reliability of our products and services. If something is not right, I will do whatever is needed to put it right.”
  • Now you have your brand-spanking new infrastructure and are happy with it, we could say ‘job done’ and move on. For us though, our relationship with you doesn’t end when you pay the final invoice. The completion of your project is just the beginning of a long-term relationship, with regular follow up to ensure everything is operating at a high standard in line with your initial objectives. Your long term trust is our goal.
